Before your first round

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can I join with no Muay Thai experience?

Yes. FEBA’s published programme welcomes beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Tell the team that it is your first class so they can help you choose a suitable session.

What should I bring to my trial?

FEBA’s trial instructions say to wear comfortable workout clothes, such as a T-shirt and shorts, and bring hand wraps if you have them. Gloves are provided for the trial session.

Is sparring compulsory?

The published booking pages do not specify a sparring policy. Ask your branch what is included in your session and discuss your experience and comfort level with the coach before taking part.

Can children train at FEBA?

The current branch pages list a kids’ Muay Thai package for ages 6–12: ten sessions at a designated gym, valid for six months. Confirm the available kids’ timetable with the branch before booking.

Is my place confirmed as soon as I request a trial?

No. FEBA’s published process says the customer relations team will contact you to confirm details. The form opens WhatsApp with your details prefilled. You must tap Send, and FEBA must confirm availability before a place is reserved.

Can I train at more than one branch?

The published ten-day pass and one-month unlimited plan offer multi-outlet access. Annual options include a single-branch plan and an all-outlet plan. Confirm the exact access terms with FEBA before paying.
